Cancelling your order
You may cancel your Order at any time prior to despatch by calling our Customer Services on 01256 - 362545. We will confirm your order cancellation by email. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, you will need to return the goods to us.
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:-
pierced earrings are non-returnable, non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that wood is a natural material, and therefore colours and the pattern varies. This gives woods its uniqueness and no two of the products are exactly the same.
If however, you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return part or whole of your order for refund at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at

Please quote your name, order reference and which product you wish to return. This will allow us to issue you a Returns Number so that when your goods arrive, we can arrange for a refund.
You do not have to give any reasons for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Call or email customer services quoting your order number, your name and address and details of the product. We will then advise on how to proceed.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and description of the item that you did receive. Please also state whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 7 working days from receipt of the wrong item to return it to us.
How long will it take to refund me?
We will process the refund as soon as the product has been received by us and has been checked. This may take upto 5 working days. We will email you a confirmation when the refund has been processed by us. Should there be a delay with the refund, we will inform you. By law, we are required to refund any returns latest within 30 days.
